Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure reliable equipment and infrastructure performance.
Manage construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning to completion.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facility operations and capital expenditures.
Manage service providers and contractors to ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
Optimize space utilization and support layout planning for office and production areas.
Coordinate infrastructure upgrades such as electrical, HVAC, and utility system improvements.
Support site expansion, relocation, and modernization projects in collaboration with global or regional facilities teams.
Lead, coach, and develop the facility team to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of experience in facility management or industrial site maintenance.
Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utilities).
Proven experience in project management, vendor negotiation, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
